VSP    NOTICE:    As of 10-1-03 Vision Service Plan will no longer pay out-of-network doctors directly.  The benefits remain the same but reimbursement goes directly to the subscriber.  VSP also will not allow us access to benefit or eligibility information.

Members of the American Legion will receive a 15% discount that applies to an exam that insurance does not cover and a complete pair of eyeglasses. (Discount excludes the Star Value Package.)  Not available with other discount programs.

Just a Reminder...  Please have a current insurance card in hand at the time of your appointment.  It is your responsibility to know if your insurance requires any referrals from your medical doctor.
